دور التعلم التنظيمي في تحقيق الرشاقة الإستراتيجية: دراسة حالة مجمع صيدال فرع قسنطينة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التعلم التنظيمي بآلياته المختلفة (آليات تحديد المعرفة، آليات امتصاص المعرفة وآليات استثمار المعرفة) في تحقيق الرشاقة الإستراتيجية من وجهة نظر موظفي مجمع صيدال فرع قسنطينة. حيث استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات من المبحوثين. وتم تحليل البيانات اعتمادا على نماذج الانحدار. وقد أكدت النتائج على وجود دور ايجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية للتعلم التنظيمي في تحقيق الرشاقة الإستراتيجية. This study aims to explore the role of organizational learning with its various mechanisms (knowledge identification mechanisms, knowledge absorption mechanisms and knowledge investment mechanisms) in achieving strategic agility from the point of view of the employees of SAIDAL group, Constantine Branch. The study used the descriptive analytical method and the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information from the respondents. The data was analyzed using regression models. The results confirmed the existence of a statistically significant positive role for organizational learning in achieving strategic agility.
